Our Mission
Our Health Mission - You Need To Have A Voice
Dr. Richman considers himself a patient advocate. He has been where you are. He understands the patient experience. He trains physician assistant students as well as medical students. He teaches them to research your ailment to have the most up-to-date medical information to care for you. They learn to hear patients. If you saw something on the internet, we are happy to review it with you. It is part of the process. We WILL find your answers.
Experience Research and Compassion
Dr. Richman always says, "It's hard to be a patient." He has been doing this for a very long time. He insists that you have a voice with every member of the team. If you are late, that is life. We will see you. You matter.
There is a wealth of information in electronic medical libraries that we access for detailed information just relating to your situation and needs. That is why we call it Precision Primary Care.
One Physician and a Great Team,
Dr. Richman is not owned by a hospital system. He answers to you. You can ask any question and you can challenge him on anything. It is important you feel comfortable with the decisions you make. We offer options and you make choices. At the end of the visit, your decisions are yours and he will respect your wishes,
No lectures.

We strive to provide care that is tailored to each patient's unique needs and preferences. Our goal is to empower our patients to take an active role in their health and well-being. You will be able to watch a 52" screen in the room with your chart being processed, and your input is welcome.
